So when Marc Martinez couldn’t crack Midway’s rotation at running back often enough, Hill and Petroff found a spot for him.
“Marc was playing running back, but he would go through our drills out here and he was one of the better linebackers we had,” Hill said. “They were going to move him back down, and we said, ‘No, we want him on defense.’ And he’s been there ever since.”
